Construction & remediation
New work, alterations, commercial fitout and remediation delivered under the applicable building, contract and consultant requirements. EightPillars coordinates trades, site conditions, inspections, testing and handover.
Project delivery
Scope review, estimating, procurement, program control, contract administration and subcontractor coordination provided under a defined project scope.
Commercial joinery
Packages for head contractors from tender review and shop drawings through samples, manufacture, installation, defects and close-out.

Site delivery and commercial administration run on the same program. The work, approvals and records move together.
Review and define
Read the scope, drawings, contract, site constraints and required dates. State inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, allowances and dependencies before commitment.
Plan and procure
Coordinate consultants, approvals, trades, long-lead items, access and the working program before they become site problems.
Deliver and record
Manage trades, directions, variations, claims, inspections and reporting against the same project record.
Verify and close
Complete testing, defects, warranties, O&M, as-built and handover requirements through the job, not at the end.
Ready for
prequalification.
Registrations, certificates, safety documentation and company information are maintained for tendering and onboarding. Project-specific requirements are issued directly or through the nominated contractor portal.
