Veneer and laminate
Veneer, laminate, melamine, compact panel, solid surface and stainless steel coordinated to the approved finishes and details.
Doors and frames
Solid-core and veneered doors, frames and hardware coordinated to the approved door and hardware schedules.
Fixings and interfaces
Set-out, service cut-outs and interfaces with electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, plaster and tile trades coordinated before installation.

Experience across medical, commercial, education, industrial, retail, hospitality and residential work, including live buildings and staged access.

Steri rooms, surgeries, consulting suites, reception and support areas, including hygienic surfaces and equipment interfaces.

How a package runs
Each package follows a controlled sequence, with approvals and records carried forward from tender to close-out.
Tender and scope review
Price against the issued schedule and drawings, with inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and allowances stated clearly.
Award and shop drawings
Develop shop drawings, materials, hardware and set-out for review and approval. Revisions are tracked before manufacture.
Samples and finishes
Submit required finish, edge and hardware samples for approval before procurement and manufacture.
Manufacture
Manufacture to approved drawings and the agreed production program, with procurement and lead times tracked.
Site set-out and install
Confirm site dimensions, services and access before delivery, then install in accordance with site requirements and the agreed program.
Claims and variations
Submit progress claims, variations and supporting records in accordance with the subcontract.
Defects and close-out
Attend defects and issue the O&M, warranty and close-out documents required under the subcontract.
