Water ingress and
balcony rectification
Remediation starts with the cause, not the finish. We establish the defect, coordinate the required consultant input and define the repair before the work is priced and programmed.
Investigate
Confirm the source and extent of the defect, document existing conditions and coordinate the required consultant or specialist input.
Rectify
Remove failed materials, prepare the substrate, install the specified system and complete the required testing before reinstatement.
Reinstate
Coordinate access, complete associated make-good and hand over test records, warranties and close-out documentation.
